Shipping Policy

Please allow 2-3 business days for processing.

Shipping typically takes between 3-7 business days, but during holiday season, it could be between 5-10 business days for shipping.

Please understand shipping time are up to the carrier. If your order is late, I am sorry on behalf of the carrier. 

If your order is lost, please email me at Alicia@purplelilyart.com. I will replace any items lost at no additional cost.

If you order is damaged upon delivery, please email me along with photos of damages within 48 hours to receive replacements.  

***This excludes original art. Lost or damaged original art will be considered on a case by case basis. Most likely a refund will be given, after I have received photos of damage within 48 hours.
